Are you tired of feeling stuck?

Hi Reader,
Can we talk about something no one warned us about?
Aging feels… weird.
One day, you’re thriving, and the next, you need an entire strategy + supply kit to get a good night’s sleep. Your metabolism suddenly has opinions about food it used to love.
And don’t even get me started on how wine now requires a two-day recovery period.
It’s easy to feel like your body is working against you, but here’s what I’ve learned:
👉 Your body isn’t broken—it’s just asking for different things now. Instead of doubling down on the same old routines (or giving up altogether), sometimes the best thing you can do is make a few small shifts that actually support where your body’s at right now.
Here are three easy things you can do this week to start feeling more like YOU again:
#1 Start Your Morning With Protein🍳
If you’re still doing just coffee and a bite of toast, or a matcha latte with collagen, I love you—but your blood sugar does not. A high-protein breakfast (think eggs, Greek yogurt, or a smoothie with 25+ grams of protein) helps stabilize your energy, cravings, and mood all day long.
#2 Stop Eating 3 Hours Before Bed 🌙
Late-night snacking can wreck your sleep quality. Give your digestion a break, and you’ll likely wake up feeling more rested (and less puffy). Bonus: This can help regulate your metabolism, too.
#3 Get Outside Within 30 Minutes of Waking Up ☀️
Morning sunlight tells your body, Hey, it’s time to wake up! It helps regulate your circadian rhythm, making it easier to fall asleep at night and wake up feeling actually refreshed.
None of this is just about restriction or doing more—it’s about giving your body what it actually needs.
So tell me… which one of these are you gonna try first?
